Great Clips provides good haircuts and great service. The stylists are incredibly kind, pleasant to work with, and always willing to listen to ensure they understand what the customer wants. They do a fantastic job and keep notes on preferences. The online or app check-in is extremely helpful for cutting down wait times, and no appointment is needed. Customers report consistently good experiences at this location and state they will be returning and spreading the word.
The great clips store located at 2024 Lincolnway East, Goshen, IN 46526 has become my favorite. Very professional. They listen to me and patiently work with me on determining what would be my best haircut.
After my usual salon started to charge $30 per haircut, I decided to give Great Clips a try. The hairstylist was incredibly kind and did such a fantastic job. I will be returning, and spreading the word about Great Clips in the meantime! The online (or via app) check-in is extremely helpful and will cut down on wait times.
Great service! Always willing to listen and make sure they understand what you want. I just went to the one in Dunlap and won't be going back there. I'll keep going to this one though. Last time I was here the woman cutting my hair saw what I wanted listened and understood and then cut it. At the Dunlap one it wasn't as great. From now on I'm ALWAYS going here.
