My grandmother was referred to this business for physical therapy. All my dealings were strictly over the phone, however, the business seems very scattered and almost as if it is new. The receptionist does not have access to the physical therapist schedule (which is odd in itself), and before the therapist came out she told me it would take 3 hours to assess my grandmother for therapy. My grandmother has alzheimer’s, and is in no shape for such a thing. In our previous experience with other in-home therapy, it never took 3 hours (or anywhere close to it) for an assessment. Ultimately, we decided to seek services elsewhere.

Our family was so blessed by having this caring group of nurses come into our house to care for our father during his last days. They patiently listened, answered all of our questions and concerns, and tenderly cared for all of his needs. This resource is a priceless gift to families who wish to care for their terminally ill loved ones in the comfort of their own homes.
