Bill's Heating provides semi-annual maintenance for our furnace and air conditioning. This provides us with peace of mind that everything is working properly.Today, Cres came out. He explained everything and was so professional, friendly and nice.
Thanks to Sam for all his hard work today. Very professional and did a great job installing the air conditioner. Worked perfectly the first time he turned it back on. Recommend him highly !!! He was great. Thank you!
The technician was very thorough in explaining the issue and his work, I really appreciated that he wore shoe covers and kept the inside of my house clean. I did want to mention a few minor things left undone outside: the garden hose was left uncoiled and muddy. I know our condenser area needs new wood chips, which caused the mud, but I wish it had been rinsed and put away. The splash board under our sump pump drainage spout wasn't put back in place. Since he was so polite and clean indoors, I wanted to share this constructively to help him finish future jobs just as strong. Thank you for the great technical service!
