Very friendly lady on the phone when she called me to schedule my appointment. I was able to be worked in the same day! The service was great and the tech was fantastic. He did a great job and was helpful when I asked questions. Would totally recommend this company.
Very happy with their response when we needed something done quickly. They fixed my gas hot water heater connecting joint that was leaking gas. Called in the morning and they were here the same afternoon to take care of the gas leak. Also had them check the furnace for the winter season to be sure it was ready for the cold ahead. Took out their contract for the fall and spring checkup, so next spring I can count on them to come back and check out the air-conditioner unit for the summer season of 2024.
We contacted Bills in reference to multiple jobs due to new counter tops including: sink hook up, faucet, disposal and dishwasher install and a small problem with draining.Communication was great. On the day of they had issues with a shortage of employees due to sickness. It happens. They were great in working with us to reschedule for the same day.The plumbers were professional and answered all my questions and evening being short on time were able to get it all done the same day.
