Several years ago we had a bathroom remodel with Matt. We are still in awe of his work. He removed our tub and installed a walk-in shower and a taller toilet. He had to move the drain for the shower and blocked the walls for 3 grab bars. This was for “aging in place” little knowing that 2 knee replacements were soon to come. Also, last fall Don replaced a screen and storm door. He did an awesome job. We turn to Bail because we know their work is done right the first time and because we trust them.
My husband & I had Bail Home Services do an entire house renovation on our house in Elkhart in 2007. They did an excellent job in every way! When we moved to Middlebury last fall we realized we had downsized too much! Jered Prough & Bail came to our rescue. We had our basement finished which includes a new family room, bedroom, closet & full bathroom with a beautiful walk in shower. We had our upstairs master bathroom remodeled with the same shower. To say we are pleased would be an understatement. Every detail was done perfectly. All the contractors & our foreman, Jeff were professional, efficient & courteous.
