I thought my furnace may have not been working correctly. Rick’s came out within a couple hours of my call. The man that came was very nice and did a very thorough job checking and making sure my furnace was working properly and cleaning it. I’ve used them for my new AC and have always been happy with them. With so many HVAC companies not being so trustworthy I do trust Rick’s.

We called them for a second opinion when blower motor was running continuously and first company wanted us to spend $12k on whole new system claiming a leak even though the system was still heating/cooling to our satisfaction, but that they couldn’t actually look for where the leak was unless they drained the whole system. Cody from Rick’s heating and cooling came out and was very helpful, informative, and easy to talk to. He was able to show us/demonstrate exactly what was causing the motor to run continuously and was able to repair the existing system for just a few hundred dollars instead of the thousands we were previously quoted to replace the whole system.
