I would highly recommend Todd. I own a sewer construction business but was too busy to do the work. I saw some of his previous work and was impressed so I hired him. He did a great job and since I often change my mind and know that change orders can cost a customer high dollars I asked him to work time and materials. That worked out great because the first day he found that I wasn't such a good home construction contractor as I built the previous addition myself. What I had built had rotted out. After showing me the problem he ripped it out and had it back the way it should have been. There was no hassling over the price. I never felt like he was overcharging... read full review
