Amazing experience and by the way he has 40+ years of experience. Our heater had a problem not turning on. I called them close to closing time at around 4pm. The owner was here promptly within 15 minutes had a solution, explained what occurred with the part which fortunately started working, explained the part may go back out but we agreed with starting with simplest solution first (seeing how long it may last) but he took the part number and said call if it does go out and we can get it squared away. I thought my furnace may have not been working correctly. Rick’s came out within a couple hours of my call. The man that came was very nice and did a very thorough job checking and making sure my furnace was working properly and cleaning it. I’ve used them for my new AC and have always been happy with them. With so many HVAC companies not being so trustworthy I do trust Rick’s.

Absolutely hands down the best groomer in Indiana. It’s so hard to find a good one. Gina and the other ladies take awesome care of you furry partners. Valors coat was so soft and had a high shin. So if you are looking for a new groomer Floyd Farm is the best around.
