Coffman's Chimney Sweeps installed a chimney cap for us and replaced our gas logs in our fireplace. They were unable to do the work the first time they came because of ice & snow on our roof, but they were able to check everything while they were here (they only charged us for the actual work they did). Both times they came when they told us they would. They were very helpful and professional!
Andrew and his team hit this one out of the park. The level of experience was top notch. Andrew answered all of our questions and guided us from start to finish. Amazing experience and by the way he has 40+ years of experience. Our heater had a problem not turning on. I called them close to closing time at around 4pm. The owner was here promptly within 15 minutes had a solution, explained what occurred with the part which fortunately started working, explained the part may go back out but we agreed with starting with simplest solution first (seeing how long it may last) but he took the part number and said call if it does go out and we can get it squared away. 5 stars isn't enough. James and his crew took our deck project on short notice after another contractor left us hanging. The entire process was smooth and I am confident his craftsmanship is the best in the business. His knowledge and attention to detail is second to none. They are a top notch professional, honest, and reliable company and we can't wait to have them tackle other projects for us in the near future. As a bonus, James took time to teach my 6 year old son a couple things! Money well spent.
