Dr. K at this facility very warm and patient. Very thorough with the examination and knowledge. Provided excellent suggestions as well. Really appreciate him as a person. The staff very kind and patient too. One of staff members Ms. A, was patient and kind and explained thoroughly my insurance, well appreciated!
This business was very efficient and professional and got directly to the source of my needs. The Eye- Dr. was pleasant, cool, and funny. If you need eye care I suggest you give these guys a go.
Facility clean. Staff friendly and professional. They helped pick glasses, they multitasked, the were busy when I went but they never seemed frustrated or angry. I can appreciate that. So great customer service. Things moved fair fast even with a it being so many customers. I didn't feel rushed or pushed aside. My children were able to take their time picking glasses. It was a nice experience I usually go to the Merrillville office I wanted to be closer to home and support the community. Thanks.
