Yesterday was prob just the Most stressful and genuinely most frustrating day. My car had a flat tire and I have State Farm. Road side assistance is included with insurance so I was told my insurance that I was covered and the lead tech Eric was told as well. As Eric came to pick my car up, his company told him that they couldn't find my insurance and told Eric that I wasn't covered. Mind you he drive from Indiana to come and get me and I was in Michigan on I-94 interstate stranded. As he arrived they tried to cancel my towing stating that I'm not covered which isn't true. And basically told I had to pay out of pocket. Eric was really sweet and still talked to his company...read full review

I lost my key on a Sunday at about 10pm! Someone called me back in 2 minutes, and was at my house in 30 minutes. Very professional and thorough. Did i mention VERY affordable!! Especially considering other places was very expensive! He was able to get my old broken key to car to work. You won't be disappointed with this company and their service!
