This is the second time I’m receiving a letter with shut off notice. My bill is always paid on time this letter is dated 8-6 but the bill doesn’t come out until 8-2. And unfortunately it’s no number you can call you have to actually go up to the building like people have to take off time from their job just to talk to a utility company is insane! You guys can AT LEAST hire people to answer the phones!! I can’t even imagine the senior citizens who get this pink letter and begin to start freaking out. Please fix it !!

My experience with Gary Sanitary has been great so far. Janelle and Sheryl have been very patient and friendly. They took time to explain the process to me and have been very friendly.

We have had multiple floods in our basement stemming from gary sewage back flowing in, last time it started occurring (multiple times) was Christmas eve, where we called dozens of times but no one responded to our emergency because of the holidays. Now we are multiple months past the initial event and they won't even bother to return our calls, we've had to pay thousands of dollars to repair damages and all they do is lie to us and ignore us.
