I first tried to rectify my issue with a phone call..I sent a suit and 2 blazers in on Friday morning. Told me that they would be ready by 430 same day..called me @ 2:06 pm and told me my things were ready...got there and that wasn't the case .no worries the event was the next day @6pm..came back and picked up my clothes and when I got home my handkerchiefs were missing from both blazers ..I called back on Monday only to have someone tell me that they may have been thrown away and that they didn't charge me for them..that makes NO SENSE!!!! didn't try to make things right at all .they definitely Won't be getting me as a repeat customer..

Excellent dry cleaning service with consistent results. My clothes always return clean, fresh, and neatly pressed. They pay close attention to detail and handle garments with care. I just starting going to this cleaners, they do pretty good. I’ve visited a few times. Every time I came I just needed minor seams done on a few clothing items that I loved and didn’t want to rid of. But this last time I came they said they don’t do little seams for clothing items anymore. What a shame, I spent at least $50 every visit, so I would disagree about the Seams being of little worth. Lost a steady costumer.

Decided to take my business down the road to United cleaners and hatters on Broadway. Great prices and my pick up is as early as 2days vs Ace cleaners where you have to wait a week or longer.
