I called Them and left a message on a Sunday morning and he called me back within the hour and assessed the situation over the phone after I took pictures and texted them to him. He also offered to come to the house that day to look at the issue. After he determined that we needed a new water heater, we got it delivered that afternoon and he was able to put it in first thing Monday morning. I called this morning. I own a nail shop. They just gave me free advice. I had the equipment that was necessary to clean the inside of my pipes. Absolutely 10 out of 10 would recommend they did not charge me anything.
