They came out did the inspection said I would get an estimate the next day paid them 175.00 and 1 week Later I emailed them still didn't have an estimate or an invoice for what I paid next day got both emailed but the estimate was so bad I can't use it

My rating is based purely on lack of communication and not on actual service. I called to schedule service and was told a tech would be out on Friday between 11-2 and would call before arriving. The tech didn't call or show up. I called Friday night to find out what happened and was told I would receive a call back to explain what happened but that call hasn't been received.
