Sold us flooring touting that it was water proof because it was the main thing my mom was looking for in the floor. Then after a year it starts to separate so we have them come out to fix it. Then they tell us all of sudden our sub floor is bad? Why not mention this a year ago when it was installed? If it’s water proof how could that be the reason for the floor just separating on its own? Also accused us of using the wrong mop causing damage or that water from a bathroom caused it voiding the warranty.THEY INSTALLED IT IN THE BATHROOM BECAUSE THEY SAID IT WAS WATER PROOF. We cannot say enough good things about Burton's Flooring! Our project involved both carpeting and tile work throughout our entire home. The staff walked us through every stage through completion. The installation was amazing...excellent attention to detail and doing each step well! Our home feels like a "brand new house!" We highly recommend Burton's for all of your flooring needs...you will not be disappointed!!

My contractor used Burton Flooring to remove existing flooring in my new home that had recently flooded. Additionally, they replaced that engineered flooring with the same kind I had before and they did a much better job. Through the entire process, the crew was very professional and prompt. They were hard at work the entire time they were here and took special care when moving furniture around. It was a big job since it involved an open floor plan that ran through nearly the entire house, but the guys that came worked very efficiently. Since their installation, I've continued to be very pleased with the outcome and I haven't any issues with the flooring.
