I have had such a good experience at the Franklin location. The PT’S have been great. They listen to my concerns and address all my issues. They are professional and caring. Thanks to Ross, Nathan and all the assistants.
The staff make you feel welcome, and the therapists challenge me to get stronger, increase mobility and know my goals. All of them help me reach my goals. Nathan, Ross and Leslie are the BEST!
I can’t say enough good things about this PT clinic. From the moment I walked in, I felt listened to and genuinely cared for. They take the time to understand what’s going on with your body instead of rushing through appointments, and that has made such a difference in my progress.
The team is not only knowledgeable but also incredibly kind and supportive. They explain everything in a way that actually makes sense, and they celebrate even the small wins with you. I’ve felt safer and more confident in my body because of their care.
