Had HeadsUp service for several years pre-existing per my wife. They came out to do annual prepaid contract turn on service & backflow test. Said a ribbon cable was torn at the controller box and it wouldn't turn on. We did not touch the box between their visits. They tried to find a cable with no luck, then left me hanging with no quote for a new controller. I found someone else to do the service and they found several things wrong with the way the system was working. I called HeadsUp and they refused to refund the prepaid service even though they did not do the turn-on or backflow test, let alone the fall shutoff. There is a reason this company only has 2 stars. Poor professionalism and a terrible attitude to boot. They never answer or respond to calls. I gave them a 1 star only because I couldn’t give a zero. I highly do not recommend.Service: Irrigation system repair & maintenance

Although I pre-paid for both opening/closing my in-ground sprinkler system, they turned off my sprinkler very late last year, after the very cold deep December freeze that burst many home pipes.This spring, my back-flow prevention was broken - likely because they didn't close my sprinkler in a timely fashion at all.
