Personal attention in a friendly setting.

My husband and I did our first yoga class on Monday at 7:15 pm with Toby...Loved it and loved her! Toby was patience, friendly, present and made us feel special.

Toby is an excellent trainer and really cares about her clients. The other members of the gym are encouraging and friendly.
