T-15 has got to be one of the top 3 AR style mag-fed paintball guns on the market. I've shot MCS conversion kits (formerly RAP4) and Milsig models, and the T-15 is easily a better all around marker. Can't say anything about online customer service because I haven't had to but everyone FS dealer I've dealt with on site have worked on the marker free of charge and have replaced any parts that had wear and tear. Quality people and quality product for people who are up for buying a high end mag fed marker.
