I have been going to The Basement Hair Studio (specifically Sophie) since 2016 and they have exceeded my expectations every single time. The workers there are personable and remember you. Every person there is talented and knows what they are doing. Sophie has been a rock, scheduling around my busy schedule with college and softball! You will not be disappointed if you come to The Basement, you will find a new family!!

I had a great experience with Jessica. She was very personable and did a great job. She also caught that I have patches on my scalp that are balding, which I had been suspecting. Had she not noticed that I wouldn't have known to make an appointment with the doctor. I will definitely be going back.

I hate getting my hair done do to it being so thin and it's uncomfortable for me to go into places but when i came across this place it has always been amazing from when you walk in to when you walk out. Chelsea is always so welcoming and she just does such a great job! Always come out of that salon feeling my best! Ella as well is always so welcoming and does great too!
