Love this gym. Open bball courts from 8 AM to 12 AM during week fits perfectly in my busy schedule. As a father of 2 kids with a fulltime job, it is tough to make it to the gym between 9 AM - 7 PM. Spiece takes away thag excuse.Friendly staff and always good 5v5 runs after 5 PM EST.

I love the classes!! The instructors are upbeat & very helpful. The people are friendly & it's a GREAT place to workout & make good friends too.???‍♀️?‍♂️?‍♀️?️‍♂️?️‍♀️?‍♂️?‍♀️

Great facility! But, would be nice if someone made people follow the rules! We are still in a pandemic and these home school teams parents don’t want to follow the rules or wearing a mask. Enforce the rules that we all have to do!
