I have been using SBS CPA Group since I moved to Fort Wayne, IN around 2016. Since then, they have helped me navigate many financial changes including jobs, marriage, home ownership, adoption, and student loans. I really appreciate the team's emails that inform customers on tax law changes that have, or may happen (such as during the pandemic with relief checks and talk of student loan forgiveness). If I email a question during the middle of the year, it is answered quickly with a phone call explaining the pros and cons of my financial decisions. We have had the pleasure of working with Brent Bracht and the team at SBS CPA Group for years, and I can honestly say that they are outstanding. Brent is incredibly knowledgeable and always takes the time to explain complex concepts in an easy-to-understand way. He goes above and beyond to make sure that all of our needs are met, and he always makes sure that I am kept up to date on any changes in the accounting world.

I am so lucky and blessed to have someone so organized and knowledgeable as Brent Bracht in my life. Seriously. The customer service is 10/10. Taxes and bookkeeping is a real weak point for me - and being self-employed, a true burden. He simplifies it. The stress emulsifies. Its a great feeling!
