I cannot say enough good things about this company. In an incredibly difficult situation where my landlord was refusing to do the right thing — cutting corners during a mold remediation and demolition process, and trying to keep my family in unsafe conditions — this team stepped in with professionalism, integrity, and genuine care.

My hot water heater recently went out and leaked water through my walls and all throughout the first floor of my house. Ross restoration showed up within 30 minutes of me calling them, thoroughly walked me through the restoration process and answered all questions we had. They meticulously documented every detail each step of the way. When I submitted their documentation to our insurance company, the adjuster said it was one of the most thorough and detailed jobs he had ever seen a restoration company do, and as a result, it was an open and shut case for them, that it would be fully covered and the payout was almost immediate. They were incredibly clean, thorough, and quick, which was so important with the tight timeline we had.
