The tank, room, and shower were all clean. Craig explained the process clearly. The float itself was so calming. I chose music called Float Track and it was perfectly relaxing. I had an excellent experience. The attendant on duty was friendly & answered every possible question I had. My first float was extremely enjoyable. My lower back pain went away within 20 minutes of my float. Excited to go back in a month!
First time going here was last week and I will be 1000% going back again. Craig was amazing at getting us set up and confident that we would know how to get the best experience out of our time there. You have your own private room with a lock and a shower as well.
I deal with anxiety and a tad bit claustrophobic so I was concerned that this was just going to turn into a disaster. But I got in, kept the light on, which is a calming blue light and had the waves sound going. Closed the door and felt a little weird at first but then once I got acclimated, I felt peaceful.
