Our flat roof was at least 20 years old but now it’s a great looking roof that doesn’t leak with the bonus of being significantly cooler during a lengthy heat wave in a the 90s. Reflective Coatings and their workman were very professional and hard working. I strongly recommend Reflective Coatings LLC.
