Dr. Jefferson actually listens to you and works with you. She is incredibly caring and kind. I actually feel heard by her and completely trust her. If you are lucky enough to get an appointment with her, you won't regret it. She's amazing.

Dr Erin Jefferson has been our entire Family doctor for years, even prior to IU Health. She displays the caring and compassion that gives us comfort when we seek care. She treats us like a partner in our Healthcare decisions. She is always attentive in listening to our concerns, displays the highest intergrity and has always been pleasant every time. We will continue to follow her wherever she is. Every member of my family would say the same about her. IU is lucky to have her, just as we are in our journey of a healthy life.

My family initially were patients of Dr. Hassan and he was amazing. Dr. Hassan ended up leaving the practice like many other great Doctors have in the last few years?? We were assigned to Dr. Daguzman. Over the last SEVERAL YEARS we have had a great experience with him and no issues. His nursing staff and office Manager is a different story. It’s unfortunate how hateful everyone is who works there. Not a friendly staff or helpful. Anytime I had labs we never received the follow up call but instead I had to reach out and remind them and/or problem solve for them.
