The staff is great but the wait times are so long and no one seems the least bit concerned. Staff is patient and professional and I have no complaints regarding how I've been treated as a patient but Lutheran needs to support them and assist them in establishing a more efficient officeI came here for a school physical and have spent a total of 7 hours waiting for 3 scheduled appointments (physical, tb read, and another tb test) and I'll still need to get the tb test read. That's a huge time commitment for what was a scheduled appointment . What I've observed by being in the waiting room for such long periods of time is that they will schedule an appointment for you but at the end of the day you're just another walk-in. Come for the staff if you have time to burn; otherwise, you'll want to try another facility.

I came here because it's the closest to my house. JUST for a drug screen for my job. There were 3 people already people, including me, in the waiting area. Why did it take 2 hours? The receptionist literally don't do anything because because everything is online or on the kiosk. Do not recommend at all.
