“Kyle and Jay are fantastic landlords. They are extremely transparent, reliable and honest. They are also infinitely kind. We have been their tenants at 2 different properties and have never been happier. They worked with us when my dad passed away to ensure we kept a roof over our heads. They have been understanding and willingly help us make our home more safe and accessible now that I am dealing with the new title of “disabled”. They have been accepting and friendly to our pets, and especially for my need for a service animal. They also have great people who come almost immediately if there is ever a maintenance need, and Kyle himself is extremely prompt about answering questions or providing information or documents needed for things. Jay has personally come over and fixed our drive/parking space to be more accommodating to my dad when he was still alive, along with adding safety features to steps at our first property and supporting the positioning of a ramp at our current address. They do all this while not being in your face or space everytime you turn around. They are literally the best landlords we have ever had and we have stuck with them through 2 moves and 7ish years. If they have a property open and you are looking for a place I’d say absolutely start with them. 100/10 recommend.“
