“First appointment- thumb not working so a referral from fam doc. Arrived at 355 for 4 pm appt. Filled out paperwork and answered 6 million questions by most friendly, fun intake lady. Sent to x-ray. 3 or 4 xrays of hand / thumb area. Sent across the way to doctor waiting room. Inside the office, nurse asks 7 million Different questions (ugh #NewPatientsSUCK). Dr comes in, shows me xrays, tells me plan, answers my 47 questions, and fixes me right there right then!!!! Painless injections in joint knuckle w plenty of super fast numbing first. Left at 430!!!! 35 minutes from start to finish, paid, diagnosed, and repaired in half an hour!!!! Dr Eddy, and this office, is the most impressive medical team I have found since moving here 4 years ago!!!! #thankful“
