James was such a help to our new move, the carpets are so clean and smelled so nice! Very friendly, knowledgeable, and experienced. We originally wanted to have a couch cleaned but his trained eye caught it right away as a specialized cleaning due to it's unprocessed cotton, (although we decided against it currently) he informed us that if done incorrectly it would result in large yellow spots where seeds burst. Very grateful he saw that right away and provided the info instead of trying to be dishonest and clean it anyways. Good guy, good service, good company!

I called New Again Carpet Cleaning and they were so awesome to work with. They were able to get me in next day since I had new furniture coming in. They are so friendly and knowledgeable. Their equipment and process is effective and efficient. We have 3 kids so we had stains and sticky red stuff on our carpet and now it truly looks brand new again! Very highly recommended.Service: General carpet cleaning
