Brian has been super helpful throughout our whole process of redoing our kitchen floor. He’s communicated before and after the process and has answered all of our questions, and continues to communicate to make sure we are satisfied. We’ve had a few spots start to stick up and he’s been working diligently to get it resolved. I’m super thankful to have a project manager who has been communicating and committed to making sure we are satisfied.
The entire team at Monroe Restoration is fabulous!!! We had a pipe burst and flooded the majority of our house. We didn't know what to do since we've never had any problems like this before. .Our experience started with Corina working with the insurance company, Brian is the project manager and his team of workers are great, and our project finished with Tyrell who is their head carpenter. 5 stars is not nearly enough for this great team!! We had a wonderful experience, the team was always quick to fix what needed to be fixed. I'm so glad we found them and will definitely use them in the future and recommend them to anyone.
This company delivers on its promises. I love that they came in after a competitor, Springfield had mitigated the water damage and was causing project delays but was able to get it done in two weeks. John and his team ensured I was satisfied with the work and provided excellent communication on timelines and expectations!
