I want to say with coming to this location, (north) My experience today has been far better than the previous experiences I’ve had off of this location alone. The Customer Service down to the laughs and comfortability was far more greater than what I’ve experienced here. I was going to the west location for a while, simply due to customer service. But the employees today were great!
Milan Laser Hair Removal on Coldwater is amazing!! Their staff is so kind and supportive. From the consultation to the appointments you can tell that they just want you to feel the most comfortable in your body that you can. The nurses are so welcoming and do a great job of putting you at ease and listening to your thoughts and input. I still need to shave regularly, but that could just be due to me having lighter hair. And even when I do shave now, it's so much easier and I get virtually no razor burn. It's kind of a lot of money for the results I am getting, but at the same time, the service at this Milan can't be beat.
I’ve been coming to Milan for laser hair removal since January, and my experience has been nothing but amazing. Every member of the staff is warm, welcoming, and genuinely kind. Julie and Carrington are incredible. They’re so fast and always make the appointments easy and comfortable. Even during treatments on more intimate areas, they’ve never once made me feel awkward or self-conscious.
Because of the experience I’ve had, I confidently recommend Milan to my bridal clients and my salon team. If you’re considering laser hair removal, I can’t recommend them enough.
