I wish I could tell my company to choose someone else. Horrible experience. If I never hear '7 to 10 working business days' again, it would be too soon—it's been 2 months with nothing but that answer.

Zero stars. Impossible to get ahold of, kept delaying my claim for “needing more supporting documents” when everything they requested was sent multiple times.

If I could give zero stars I would give them a big negative one, had surgery December 18. Went back to work January 30th. Still haven't heard from them, I call everyday in hopes to talk to someone, but not keep getting sent to the same voicemail. My short term is still pending. This company is nothing but a joke.
