Zero stars. Impossible to get ahold of, kept delaying my claim for “needing more supporting documents” when everything they requested was sent multiple times.

If I could give zero stars I would give them a big negative one, had surgery December 18. Went back to work January 30th. Still haven't heard from them, I call everyday in hopes to talk to someone, but not keep getting sent to the same voicemail. My short term is still pending. This company is nothing but a joke.

Lincoln financial provided incorrect official tax forms to the irs and are being extremely unhelpful in assisting to resolve this issue. When you call the customer service line, you spend at least the first 10 minutes explaining your situation because you talk to a different person each time! You are unable to talk to anyone with direct knowledge of your issue. You are constantly put on hold and nothing ever gets accomplished! They refer problems
To their leadership teams, but the customer never gets any input or communication from these leadership teams about how to resolve the issue! Extremely frustrating, especially since Lincolns errors with tax reporting forms...read full review
