If I could leave 0 stars I would. I rarely leave reviews, but I feel compelled to leave this review due to my negative experience with Lincoln financial. We have had an extremely difficult time trying to get a hold of literally ANYBODY to help with a disability claim following my maternity leave. We have called various numbers in hopes of getting ANY assistance and have had zero luck. We recently received a letter from Lincoln financial saying that we would be sent to collections due to an error on their end. I’m excited to get this issue addressed and to hopefully never have to interact with this company ever again.

I continue to get someone else’s mail from Lincoln Financial in Fort Wayne, Indiana. I have lived here for five years. I think it is very unsafe for me to be getting someone else’s financial information. I have never opened the envelopes. I have, however, called their business multiple times and explained that this person no longer lives at this address. It just doesn’t seem like they’re interested in protecting clients’ privacy.

I don't usually write reviews, but I feel compelled to share my experience with Lincoln Financial. Unfortunately, it has been very negative. I filled out the paperwork for a distribution because I needed the money urgently, only to find out that they sent me the old distribution forms. Almost two weeks later, I discovered they had sent me the wrong forms, so I filled out new ones. Then, they made an error on their end, leading to even more delays. When I called to inquire about the situation, I was informed that my account was deactivated and that there was an issue with my Social Security number.
