Have been with them on and off for many years. They always are there for me and my family when I need a loan.. good family and good place to go if you need a loan or have an emergency where you need funding asap.

As a Kitch customer I thought I would be treated better. I have had many loans but this last request for a loan I heard nothing. I feel that is very rude and poor customer Service when I am a loyal customer. I will be taking my business some place else.

We’ve had a good experience with Kitch so far, they have been wonderful about working with us when we’ve been late or needed to make arrangements. We are grateful for their customer service, Amy especially has been kind and great to work with.
