They would call almost everyday even if i just made a payment the day before. Ali is rude and disrespectful she started asking questions I felt was stuff she should not be asking. She even told me once she saw my car was not registered which was not the case and a lie. She then quickly took it back after I questioned her on it. They ended up repossessing the car and sent an FBI agent with the tow company. I will never ever recommend them to anyone. They are rude and unprofessional. If i could give zero stars i would. Not even worth 1 star.

Their repo guy literally physically assaulted me and slammed me in my car door on my own property. They are the worst financing company ever. Repossessed my vehicle while I was under a bankruptcy. These people are a joke and I would never do business with them again. I don't even know how they are still in business because of their predatory lending practices. If you get in a jam with these people do yourself a favor and get a lawyer.

Wouldn't suggest for any loan. Customer service is rude. And even when you set something up it's not communicated so noone actually knows what's happening. Prepare to talk to multiple people about the same thing daily.
