Bad communication. Ordered and paid for a funeral arrangement that was not delivered in Fort Wayne. Contacted store and after several calls finally a call was returned. Was told a refund was being sent. still waiting for refund after 20 days. What a poor way to run a business. Finally talked to Tina at Kateens, who was very apologic and saw to it that we received our refund. Thank you Tina
