Very relaxing, great experience. Jackie is very knowledgeable and individualizes the treatments that are right for you. I call her my "face lady". Would not go any where else. ❤️ Her products are amazing. Everyone should try them and her services.
My skin is right in that "perfect storm".... fine lines/wrinkles, acne, dull and lifeless, with spots of dry skin (especially in winter). So getting facials in the past never fully worked because I would either have a breakout, or something would irritate my dryer skin, that sort of thing. But then I met Jackie. She took the time to go over my specific situation and gathered information from me so she could figure out WHY I have so many things going on with my skin. This was a truly phenomenal and unique experience. I came to Jackie with several skin concerns, one of which being that I needed help finding better skincare products.
We talked for a full 15 minutes before the facial started about my concerns and I felt like Jackie had a different take on what I should be using, different than what I had heard before. She is extremely knowledgeable and I felt like I could trust her 100%.
The facial itself was soothing and felt amazing. She gave me a neck massage and both arms were massaged fully while the face mask sets.
