We had an amazing experience with Hillside Pools from start to finish. Their communication was outstanding—every step of the process was clearly explained, and we always knew what was happening with our pool installation. The entire team was professional, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable, which gave us a lot of confidence in their work. We admittedly asked a lot of questions along the way, and they were always quick to respond without ever making us feel like a burden or getting frustrated with us. Their customer service truly went above and beyond. Most importantly, we absolutely love the end result. Our new pool exceeded our expectations, and we couldn’t be happier. We highly recommend Hillside Pools to anyone looking for quality work, great communication, and an overall excellent experience!

Our pool wasn’t built by Hillside however, we’ve been using them for 10 years. Openings, closings, minor deck work and naturally, filter sand replacement, replacing pump one time and soon a new cover install. All very satisfactory. And one other very important facet, they do not try to over sell chemicals. If anything they solve imbalances in a quite methodical way (types and amounts needed) compared to their main competitor in Fort Wayne. I can be a nitpick on service, so my recommendation has been earned by Hillside.
