My donation haircut was a lovely experience! I meant to get her name to shout her out directly, but my stylist was very kind and professional and my haircut came out exactly how I wanted. They even let me know at the end of the haircut that since I would be donating the hair the entire appointment was free! 10/10 would recommend this location, I regret not getting my stylist's name so I can ask for her again next time I donate.
So we decided to give this place a try for my son‘s haircut. Unfortunately the notes from the other great clips did not make it into this system. My son couldn’t really describe how he wanted his haircut, but they did the best that they could. When he was done, he still had a bunch of hair stuck to his face, and the haircut was OK and serviceable but not really amazing. It definitely was very busy this Saturday so make sure to check in online.
Moved to Ft Wayne 3yrs ago and always used Great Clips in Muncie before my move. Great staff and very friendly. Only once with a new stylist was i not happy. Been happy every other time since.
