I had not had a cut in over 6 months because my car quit but I had not gone to this store in over five years because of bad experiences Nearly all other locations had over 40min.wait and theirs was only 15 and I didn't want to wait that long.Debbie was so patient with me and really listened to what I was saying. I was able to get a good haircut, nice conversation and better advice. I will go back to Debbie for sure.

So I walked in to south town in Fort Wayne at 545 plus minus 2 mins the lady said they were getting ready to close I understand you just want to get home but if your open till 6 and it’s 545 and no one else was there for a cut why not I just don’t understand work ethics today

I got 21 inches cut from my hair. The hairdresser very thorough and listened what I wanted and that's exactly what I received. Very nice lady and she even gave me a hug when leaving. I'm 70 years old and she was so kind and caring throughout the haircut and styling. The best haircut i ever got in my life. Kudos to great clips for making me feel and look special.
