I needed a haircut, and a coupon popped up on my Facebook in the morning. I've never been to Great Clips, so I decided to give them a try. I was VERY PLEASANTLY surprised.
Went in without an appointment and was in and out in less than 45 minutes! Lora gave me a wonderful haircut, according to my wife. (I'm an old man -- what do I know!)

This is one of the better Great Clips. Even when they're busy, as long as you book online, the wait is tolerable. The quality of their stylists atr also pretty decent.

I was unable to preregister with their app. Upon arrival I was told about 1 hour wait. It was actually 1 1/2 hours. Asked about military or senior discounts. They have neither one. Recently moved back from Alabama. A haircut there including military discount was ten dollars. Here in Indiana it cost me fourteen. That's a 40 percent bump and being a senior as well as a Veteran that was some major sticker shock! Being on a fixed income I will not be going back. I will search for either a shop that discounts for Veterans or understands the limitations of funds for most seniors.
