Long time customer here. Today I brought my mother in who is on hospice services. The owner and the entire staff was incredibly kind, caring and empathetic. They ensured that she got the best care possible and her nails looked absolutely amazing. Thank you once again everyone for your kind heart and amazing business.
This is the cleanest nail salon that I’ve seen so far. They managed to take me as a walk in. I got a gel mani and was out the door within 45 minutes. It was the most pleasant nail salon experience I’ve ever had.
It was upsetting the poor customer service my sister and I had with Glo Nail bar. I called on Monday several times throughout the day to make reservation. The phone didn’t even ring and went to a message saying “this number is not taking calls at this time”. I had to message them on Facebook to get a response. When we got to our appointment I gave my name and she asked what I wanted, she cut me off and said “I got it” I went to the bathroom and my sister had asked if she could switch her pedicure to a manicure because she broke her toe. The lady started talking and when my sister spoke up, the lady cut her off and said “I’m not talking to you.” We didn’t even get the chance to sit down and being treated so poorly. We decided it was not worth our time and money to be here. So sad this was our first impression of this business.
