Our dog/family member "Mocha"that we love with all of our hearts had to have a toe amputated. The surgery was done with such kindness and care that we could never thank our awesome vet/nurses enough. She is recovering far faster than we could ever have imagined thanks to all the love and care she was provided during her surgery and recovery. We could never thank all involved enough. ❤️

I have to bring in my cat after she passed to be cremated. The workers were very kind and compassionate. They helped me do what I needed to do. Not that it mattered to me today but their prices were reasonable.Update: Now I have a dog. He loves everyone here but has a major fear of nail clipping. It took 3 to hold him securely but they were great with him before, during & after. I love this place. Love the techs and vet here

To whom it may concern,I wrote a reply today and left it for Dr. Marcus to review before posting it. We as a staff always review criticisms and try to do better. No matter how difficult the situations prior to a poor review may be, it still hurts and Dr. Marcus is one of the kindest people you will ever meet, he is generous to a fault, and takes all criticism to heart. I personally tried to lighten the moment with humor, so on the draft I put on his desk I ended it with calling him Dr snippy.
