The Drain Doctor was very responsive from the beginning and easy to set up an appointment with. From the moment he got here he was very kind and courteous and also took time to explain the different things he would look at. When he found the problem he took time to explain it to me and how he would fix it. Right up front about the pricing and worked hard to get the job done. He also double-checked all his work before leaving and made sure everything was working properly. I very strongly recommend him for any sewer & Drain needs!

These guys were the best people we have had come to our home. They were both very professional and did everything they could to try to help us with our problem. We have had sewage back up into our basement 2 times within the past 3 weeks. We have had multiple companies come out to tell us we need to replace our sewer line, but that wasn't the case. The sewer line didn't need to be replaced at all. We will be using them again and again for any sewer related problems we have on the future. Really honest trustworthy company!
