Dr. Salam is the very best retina specialist I have ever had, and I've had a couple different ones. I'm a T1D with Diabetic Retinopathy. Dr. Salam performed a vitrectomy operation on me, saved my vision in my right eye, this man gave me an injection in my eye without me even knowing until it was done. He is super caring, and passionate about his work and caring for his patience. I can't express the gratitude i have for this man.
Dr. Salam is very current with his practice and the technology used to assess a patient. Add his wealth of knowledge, his willingness to educate patients, and his kind and empathetic approach. His staff is very warm and welcoming. From the time I entered the lobby to leaving my appointment I encountered well educated and superbly trained staff. They understood when I said I was anxious and were reassuring. Thank you for the excellent care. I am grateful.
I am so lucky to find Dr. Salam for treatment of my eyes. When I mention his name to other eye doctors , they all say "you are in good hands" . And I really feel the magic of his hands when injecting into my eyes. For so many times of injections ,I never had any problem worth complaining. He is great, he is a true specialist for treating ( macular degeneration). Thank God I found him.
