Jacob gets praise. He is such a kind gentleman. He always volunteers to turn on the basement lights so we dont have to make a trip by the furnance. And today he turned them off. He does a great job . We have the semi annual service so we see him at leasst twice a year. Thank you Jacob.

The technician always takes care to explain what he’s doing and what he’s looking for when inspecting our HVAC System. From what I’ve seen and for what has been explained to me I feel that Custom Assured Mechanical technicians do a very thorough job.
