I could not say enough good things about Trent and our experience! There was a blockage in our chimney flue that was causing carbon monoxide to leak in our house. We had to shut our gas and water heater off due to the blockage so I was in a panic since this happened Friday afternoon, right before the weekend, that I wouldn’t be able to get this fixed until Monday. I called and left a voicemail- he called me back right away. I am sure he had a full schedule and the last thing he wanted to do on a Friday was add one more stop but he said he would fit me in- no problem and was so kind. I had to run an errand so my husband was home when he arrived. When my husband greeted me the first thing out of his mouth was how nice he was. My kids talked to him and asked him questions and wanted to see the inside of the work van so he showed them. He really took his time with everything. He did a wonderful job with the chimney. The price was very reasonable. I highly recommend him.
Trent is great to work with! He explains everything he is doing and why. Cleans up thoroughly after the whole process is complete. Our price for all this was great and the assurance that we were safe to use an almost 75 year old wood stove insert was a total surprise! You won't regret calling Trent at CleanAir.
