Extreme professionalism and dedication of the Staff for each person is amazing. I had both eyes done this month and the change in vision was surprising. Still healing but happy with the results.
While everyone was super nice the wait time is horrible! My arrival time was 1 pm. I didn’t get called back until about 4 pm. One of the pts waiting for her surgery was told that there is only one surgery room. Why would you have only one surgery room? That is ridiculous!
My wife and I have been coming to the CLI office regularly as part of the cataract surgery process. We want to recognize and commend Jane at the front desk and Jill.Both are so pleasant, friendly, helpful and professional. They have come to know and recognize us by name and always make us feel welcome.Jill is very thorough evaluating our eyes prior to being seen by Drs. DeWit/McGarvey at each of our appointments. Kudos to them both!
