This is our fourth brand new home we have bought. Carriage Place Homes has been the best company so far to work with. Jeff, Logan, and Gina are the three we worked with. They are all amazing. I would highly commend Carriage Place Homes. They are willing to help with any thing that might come up. The quality of our home is hands down the best of the best. If you are looking to build this is your company!!!
Carriage Place Homes was great to work with. We bought a SPEC home that was at the beginning stages of being built, that we were able to pick a majority of the exterior and interior design options, so it felt that we had a custom home built. Logan, Jeff, and Gina were very informative throughout the whole process and they were easy to work with and get in contact with, if needed. You can tell through the craftsmanship that Carriage Place Homes cares about the houses they build. We absolutely love our home and highly recommend Carriage Place Homes.
We cannot recommend Carriage Place Homes enough! From start to finish, it was evident that excellence is their standard. Gina was incredibly helpful in coordinating all the details as we neared closing, making what can be a stressful time feel very manageable. Jeff and Logan also went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. We absolutely love our new home. The finishes and craftsmanship throughout are top-tier. If you’re looking for a builder that truly cares about quality and service, this is the one.
