After hitting a deer that caused alot of damage to my vehicle, this place was a miracle to our family. They communicated with me over and over 3x a week to talk about progress. They did excellent work and was great to work with. I would have them make any repairs again in the future.

Good collaboration with enterprise rental helped a lot . Having Enterprise come and take me back to rental office was good. And I didn’t have to leave the vehicle and go in to the office . All the legal was handled electronically with the agent in the car.

My insurance (Progressive) tried talking me out of going to Caliber claiming it was difficult and took longer as they “werent direct” but I trusted the reviews. I didn’t have a single delay despite needing 2025 replacement parts in 2025 and their office team processed the claim so quickly. Everyone was extremely polite and knowledgable and kept me informed the entire process. Despite my insurance not covering it, I wanted an alignment done and they were very timely about the additional request. When I got it back I had some small concerns regarding how it rode.
