Basche's Martial Arts is a martial arts school that aims to empower its students with traditional values such as confidence, respect, and self-discipline. The school teaches modernized self-defense skills, focusing on a few effective techniques per belt level that students master through repetition. With highly qualified instructors, including Sensei Steve Basche, the school provides a supportive and inspiring environment. The staff really cares about every kid. Students learn so much, confidence, respect, and how to defend themselves. They break actual boards, none of the pre broken joke boards. It is the best martial arts school you can ask for, a program where kids love to attend and can grow in so many ways.
Oliver had the best birthday party today at Basche’s! He had an amazing time. There was class, games, sword cake cutting, breaking a board, surprise appearances, pizza and week passes. Very interactive, never a dull moment. We knew them through classes at the Y and everyone is always so kind. A great place to learn and grow and have birthday parties!!!
Basche's Martial Arts, What an incredible experience for my grandson and myself. Every now and then you run across an organization that truly cares more about the mission than the money. Thus my comment mission over money. To Sensei and the Basche Team, I cannot thank you enough for just… read full review
I took a 1 hour self defense classes today, July 18, 2026. It was fantastic! I learned some basic but powerful self defense moves. I feel so much more confident, that I can now get away from someone.
The head instructor and his 3 instructor helpers were just great!
I hope to start taking classes here.
