Was not impressed on how this company sends substandard equipment to peoples homes. Peoples life's depend on this. Was impressed with Tom and Jonathan tho. That's the only good thing I will say.

When I went in for the first time to pick up my supplies, he took me to a room to explain the CPAP machine. He spent about an hour explaining how to use it, how to clean it, how to order supplies. He asked if I wanted help putting the mask on. I told him I'll do it at home. He said I ever need help to let them know.

Our doctor prescribed Apria home healthcare services. When the representative came to our home, he was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and polite. He made sure we understood everything before he left. We think they are best for fast service and highly recommend them.
